EPE International Limited is a family run business based in Bradford, that has been at the heart of distribution of Electrical appliances for 20 years. We want to continue to build on our success as we continue to grow. EPE were recently awarded Best Consumer Brands Distributor 2022. We supply inspired brands such as Beko, Tefal, Breville, Russell Hobbs, Melitta and we have just been awarded UK distribution for Husqvarna supplying Flymo and Gardena products to our retailers.
We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for the North West of England. You must have the ability to drive around the North West area meeting new and existing customers. You will be required to visit our Head Office in Bradford for meetings at least twice a month. A full driving licence is required. A company car or car allowance is provided with this role.
Summary:
- To maximise company profitable sales by hitting agreed targets
- You will be expected to manage sales-productivity, effectively track your selling activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients, and schedule visits or meetings with clients within your sales territory. You will be asked to work on delivering and collecting information about the client to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase your chances of completing a sale.
- Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
- Work towards bringing in new business into the company making visits to retailers.
- Attending Trade Shows throughout the year.
Main Duties:
- To support the company’s general marketplace position across all product groups within the sector
- Organise and facilitate regular customer meetings
- Identify new customers, manage the existing channel. Proposing plans in case of potential order shortfalls
- Ensure all leads are identified and full business potential realised
- Work closely with the other members of the sales teams to maximise opportunities for all area of the business and to resolve any issues that may arise
- You will ideally have previous experience within the independent B2B sector
- Experience of working within an External Sales Role
- Significant product knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resilient & tenacious team player
- A confident and determined approach to exceed goals
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Working to KPI’s set by the company to drive sales.
- Working on systems called Blue Alligator and SalesI to place customer orders.
- Working on iPads to upload the orders to our system,
- Full Catalogue and Price List will be available and is updated monthly for you to share with your customers.
Essential qualities required:
You will need to demonstrate commanding knowledge of your target customers, existing competitors in the marketplace and industry trends that may impact a buying decision. In addition to these duties, you will maintain a regular calling or contact schedule with customers to identify more leads or resolve any problems that arise in existing client accounts.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
